Stationery
All of our stationery items are printed in house and made by hand, therefore we cannot guarantee all items will be identical. Slight variations in colour may occur if your order is split or printed at different times, we cannot guarantee exact colour matching or exact card stocks across various batches.

Samples illustrate print and card quality but will not be produced to your exact requirements with your preferred wording or font colour for example, but will match your chosen flower design. Your personalized sample will be produced during the proofing process once the deposit has been received.

Proofing
Your personalized sample will be posted to you. All other proofs will be emailed as Abode PDFs. The proofs show the design, wording and layout of your stationery. It is essential that every element is checked before signing the proofs off. Please ensure you carefully check all spellings, times, venue names and all info provided for the guest information cards such as accommodation details. Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible and we will re-proof.

Please sign and date proofs and post back; alternatively send an email confirming the proofs have been checked and you are happy to proceed with the print.  

Ruby Rose cannot accept responsibility for any errors following the signed off proofing stage. Any re-prints needed to rectify errors not picked up at proofing stage will be charged to you at an additional cost.

Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required with a completed order form to secure your order.  The remaining total will requested with the sign off of proofs before printing takes place. Ruby Rose requires full payment on orders under £100 at the order stage. All deposits are non-refundable. Full payment must be received before your order can be printed and dispatched to you.

We accept payment by cash or cheque. Please make all cheques payable to Dee Weir. Full payment will be taken as acceptance of the terms and conditions of this web site.

Delivery
Your stationery will be printed and delivered within 4 weeks after the outstanding balance has cleared. We work hard to accommodate all last minute stationery orders. Your wedding stationery can be collected if preferred. As a guide, a standard charge of £10 is made for each delivery, however this may increase depending on the sizes and weights of your parcels which we will advise. All packages are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery so will require a signature.
