Ordering Tips
- It is advisable to order your entire set of matching stationery at the same time so we can ensure each item is scheduled into our works programme and your order is given all the time and attention needed. This is especially advisable for summer weddings when our workload can be heavy.
- Of course we are aware that you may not know the final numbers of nameplaces, menus, table numbers etc until nearer the time so this can be confirmed nearer to your wedding date.
- Stationery can be ordered at different times but please be aware that delivery costs will be charged for each order.
- We will make every effort to meet any short notice orders. As all stationery is printed in house we have the flexibility of a quick turnaround.
- If you require your stationery items to be personalised with your guests’ names, we will provide a schedule plan of the date when we must have received the names to ensure you receive your stationery in good time.
- You can email us word or excel documents with any additional information we may need such as the text for your Order of Service, Menus and also the names and layout for your table plan. We will be in touch in plenty of time to advise of when this info is required.
- It may also be a good idea to order a handful more of each item as back up to cover any mishaps you may have if you choose to write in your guests names on your stationery yourselves or for any additional guests you may have missed out!
